This is not a festival in a field with big stages, this is a personal day of celebration and exploration. Meet others, hear stories, share lunch, cakes and teas, get hands on in practical workshops. It's a small festival with big positive impact.
Permaculture Festival @ Earthed Up!
BELPER LANE END DE56 2DL
We will be across 3 venues, within 2 minute walk of each other. Earthed Up!'s garden: This is our main space, where we propagate plants and have a demonstration and stock garden. Workshops in a ventilated polytunnel and under canopy, as well as garden tours.
Our neighbours' driveway: A workshop space for small groups, with gazebos.
The Bulls Head pub: 18th century pub, updated with a contemporary restaurant space.
Farm to fork dining showcasing Derbyshire produce. 2 of the 3 spaces are wheelchair accessible.
The garden (workshop venue) has steep-stepped access and uneven ground. There are toilets at the pub but not the garden, it's 200 yards away.

We’re doing it again! The Midlands Permaculture Festival returns.
Saturday 21 September 2024, 9:30-5.
This time, we’re hosting at our garden and plant nursery, along with help from our neighbours at Belper Lane End.
This is not a festival in a field with big stages, this is a personal day of celebration and exploration. We expect we will reach our capacity and allocate all tickets.
Meet others, hear stories, share lunch, cakes and teas, get hands on in practical workshops. It’s a small festival with big positive impact.
